Please note that this home is brand new, and while the interior is complete, the gardens and lawn are still in progress. Currently, there is a temporary wire fence, but rest assured, the landscaping will be beautifully finished in the new year. You'll rent the stunning home during this time, with all renovations planned to enhance the property soon.

House Rules

There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. Please read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. When your booking is confirmed, refer to the house manual for the key location and your unique code. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Management will charge the bond for any damage, loss, or expense incurred because of breaching these terms and conditions. Examples include but are not limited to, any breakage, damage, or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music will be played after 88 pm. on weekdays, including Sundays, and after 10 p.m on Friday and Saturday nights. You shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), create inconvenience for neighbours, or use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed on the property but not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If guests are contacted at the phone number on the booking request, and if a complaint is raised, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of receiving the complaint or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange for a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests would be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management before leaving the property. We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and loss of property during your stay. If you notice any of these, please let us know immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay overnight at the property. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, and all rubbish must be put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machines, and dishwashers, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. Smoking is not allowed in the house. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes, if any are provided. If either of these is lost, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions. Enjoy your stay at Golf Club Seaside Serenity.
