Situated on a generously sized block, Island Treetops provides plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. The interior is well-organized and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a stress-free holiday. Additionally, YCW Beach is just a short stroll away, allowing you to enjoy the sand within minutes without needing a car. The thoughtful layout is perfectly suited for families. The ground floor features three cozy bedrooms: the master and a second bedroom for adults, and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a smart TV to keep the kids entertained. The upper floor extends the home’s enchanting atmosphere, with a spacious living area ideal for family gatherings and a dining area that seats everyone comfortably. The house boasts two expansive decks; the north-facing front deck is covered and ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Island Treetops is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. We are committed to maintaining the area's tranquility and rent only to mature guests who respect the local atmosphere. To maintain this serenity, loud parties are prohibited. House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are NOT allowed at the property 6. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted at the phone number provided on the booking request. Please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 7. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of the home’s remote controls. There will be a charge of $50 for the loss of remote control. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
