If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. When your booking is confirmed, refer to the house manual for the key location and your unique code. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm on weekdays, including Sundays, and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. You shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbours or use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS ● Pets are allowed at the property. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND / OR TOWELS All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must let us know immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machines, and dishwashers, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. Smoking is not allowed in the house. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes if any are provided. In case of losing either of these, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
