Designed to echo the tranquil ambience of the island, this home is the epitome of comfort and convenience. As you enter, be greeted by the signature hallway leading you to the heart of the house. With five elegantly designed bedrooms with one of them downstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh. For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream. Modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, fridge, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor dining areas are the perfect spot for intimate dinners or morning brunches. Take a seat and unwind in the inviting and contemporary living spaces, where relaxation meets modern comfort. One bedroom is located on the main level with its own ensuite. If you venture upstairs, discover another welcoming living and entertainment area. Upstairs, you'll find four additional spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features its own ensuite, and there’s an extra bathroom conveniently located on this floor as well. Enjoy some quiet time in the outdoor dining area. Please note that we don't allow for pets. Convenient parking is provided within the secure confines of the garage. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. Required to bring your own linen and towels unless prearranged. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - The set includes 1x fitted sheet, 1x flat sheet, and 2x pillowcases. Towel Set Hire - The towel set includes 1x bath towel and 2x tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - The bathroom set includes 1x bath mat and 1x hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay lasts seven days, ask management for any added pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests would be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, that cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must let us know of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes if any are provided. In case of losing either of these, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
