Step into this stunning double-story home, designed for relaxation and comfort, where you can spread out, unwind, and enjoy your perfect beachside escape. As you enter, you're welcomed by a spacious hallway leading to the ground floor, which features three generously sized bedrooms, all with built-in robes. This level also includes a versatile rumpus room with ample seating and a fold-out sofa bed. Step outside onto the expansive deck, accessible from the rumpus room, where you can relax and soak in the coastal breeze. The ground floor also houses the main bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. You'll also have access to a secure garage with space for two cars, plus direct entry into the house for added ease. Upstairs is where the heart of the home truly shines. The light-filled open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create the perfect space for entertaining and spending quality time together. Thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, this central hub ensures a seamless stay. The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering generous space, a walk-in robe, and a private ensuite. There is also a powder room upstairs. For the ultimate way to unwind, step onto the upstairs balcony with your morning coffee or evening wine and take in the breathtaking sunset and water views. Seaspray Views is the perfect getaway for families or friends looking to reconnect and relax. There are two security cameras at the home. One camera is located in the front yard, and the second camera is located in the back yard. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or police are called this could affect your bond and we have the reserve the right to evict guests. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must let us know immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machines, and dishwashers, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. Smoking is not allowed in the house. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes if any are provided. In case of losing either of these, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. 9. GENERAL INFORMATION: There are two security cameras at the home.
