House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense incurred by management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music will be played after 8 p.m. on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot get you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided in the garage. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. In the event of losing the keys, duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions. Bedroom 1: 1x Double Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1x Double Fold Out Couch (2 guests) ** ** Bedroom 2 will be left as a couch with all linen provided if you'd like to make this bed up. All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. The apartment has surrounding tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The apartment is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
