This well-designed apartment was newly furnished with New carpets and everything brand new in June 2022 and offers the ultimate experience of an inner-city lifestyle in a truly outstanding location. Set in a boutique period block on a quaint street, the home location has a vast selection of restaurants, shops, Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central Train Station, State Library, Flagstaff Garden and business centre. You will enjoy the full use of the rooftop Sky Lounge and terrace, offering outstanding panoramic city views for you to enjoy all seasons, a heated swimming pool and spa, a cinema theatre and a business lounge. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. If you are looking for family-friendly and privacy - look no further!
House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. The keys are available at the City Mart Grocery Store 400 meters from the apartment (a 3-minute walk). This is open 24 hours a day. They must be collected and returned here. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the critical location, and your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense incurred by Management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 p.m. on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to Management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay on the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the complex's rubbish bins provided. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. In the event of losing the keys, duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. The keys are available at the City Mart Grocery Store, 400 meters from the apartment (a 3-minute walk). This is open 24 hours a day.
