Newly furnished and thoughtfully designed, this townhouse provides a modern and comfortable lifestyle in an unbeatable location. Step inside and be welcomed by a bright entryway leading to the staircase. The hallway features a study nook with a desk and chair—ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure. On the main level, you'll find a separate living area complete with a TV and cozy seating—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Continue down the hallway to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, makes meal preparation effortless, while the adjoining dining area offers a great space for gathering. Step outside to the private courtyard, with a combination of grass and deck areas. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find a laundry with a washing machine and a separate toilet. From here, enjoy the convenience of internal access to the secure lock-up garage, which also connects to the outdoor area. The upper level boasts a versatile landing area with a reading chair and three generously sized bedrooms, each fitted with a queen size bed and ample wardrobe space. A well-appointed bathroom with a separate bath and shower, along with an additional toilet, completes this floor. There is garage access available for one car. The garage is to be manually opened and can also be accesses from the home. Book now for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient stay! The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
